答卷者不可以保证肯定正确，选择答案者，更难选择正确的答案，这都是可以理解的。
有的提问者，在多个正确答案加一个错误答案的状况下，偏偏选个错误答案，有点搞笑，但人家会选择，就可能不需要提问了。
原先网站是“最好答案”，在我的建议下，改成了“采纳答案”，但仍然没加“提问者”类似的字眼，依旧叫人感觉是网站使用的答案，可能还要改进。提问者选个答案，为何要昭告天下？作为他/她的隐私，不能么？

though/if一般的状况下，不同明显。前者是在有事实（或一定是事实）的基础上说事，后者是进行假设。英汉语两者语言中“既使下雨“，与“假如下雨”，无论英汉，逻辑上相应的没不同。
但问题就是不一直这么简单。
先说这句，

我看了一下原贴2位的高见，其实都对。
“既使不那样引人注意”--- 上面那句子在这局部一定是让步的意思。
但这种if一定也体现作者不太确定语义，或者说 不是那样确定的既使
因而带点“假使这么说的话，假如可以这么说的话”这种意味。

这个句子是if 的一种特定使用方法，语义上= although also. 结构上是 if +adj. 如，
He is nice, if rather lazy.

你事实了解，非常确定（外面在下雨，他也会在外面晃荡），你用though
假如这人平常在下雨天都可以在外面晃荡，而目前对他这种行为不是非常了解是不是依旧存在，
你可以用 if ，体现一种说话的空间，或者说体现你的一种偏好，自然可以，但用though，不太有人会反对的。
